工商管理专业

概况和办学特色:创建于2007年,现有专业教师8名。该专业原为食品经济管理,2013年根据教育部对专业目录的调整,食品经济管理专业纳入工商管理专业,所在的食品经济管理学科是市教委重点建设学科。该专业侧重于学生市场分析能力的培养,围绕食品产业链各环节,通过对消费者行为学、市场营销、食品科学技术、供应链管理、物流管理、生产运营管理、食品质量安全管理、人力资源管理、客户关系管理、财务管理等基本理论和方法的学习,培养在食品药品监督管理部门、食品加工企业、食品流通物流企业、从事食品产业发展规划、营销、贸易、采购管理、物流管理、客户关系管理等工作的具有技术背景的复合型管理人才。

主要研究方向:食品质量安全;食品产业发展;食品物流管理;现代食品企业管理等。

General Information: Established in 2007, business administrationdepartment has 8 faculty members. The department used to name food economicsand management department and formed into the program of businessadministration, due to the adjustment on undergraduate catalog issued by theMinistry of Education in 2013. The food economics and management is keydiscipline certified by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission. The program emphasizeon the cultivation of students’ market analysis capabilities focusing on allaspects of the food industry chain. Through learning the basic theories andmethods such as, consumer behavior, marketing, food science and technology,supply chain management, logistics management, production and operationmanagement, food quality and safety management, human resources management,customer relationship management, financial management, students becomecomprehensive management talent withtechnical background. Graduates can find jobs at food and drug supervision andmanagement departments, food processing companies, food circulation logisticscompanies, engaging in food industry development planning, marketing, trade,procurement management, logistics management, and customer relationship management,etc.
