金融学专业 系主任：周剑，副教授、博士 E-mail: jianzhou@shou.edu.cn 概况与办学特色：创办于1995年，现有专业教师11名。该专业是以融通货币和货币资金的经济活动为研究对象，主要研究现代金融机构、金融市场以及整个金融经济的运动规律。该专业具体研究内容包括：银行与证券、保险等非银行金融机构的理论与实务，货币市场、资本市场与国际金融市场的理论与实务，金融宏观调控及整个金融经济的理论与实务，以及关于金融管理特别是金融风险管理的理论与实务。 该专业通过综合学习金融机构、金融市场以及整个金融经济的理论与实务，培养掌握金融学基本知识和理论、金融运作和金融市场的基本知识与基本技能；熟悉通行的国际金融规则、惯例和各项法规；了解当代金融市场的发展状况；能够运用现代化科技手段，在各类金融企业从事相关金融业务或到政府有关部门从事经贸管理等工作的专门人才。 主要研究方向：农村金融与农业保险（渔业保险）；资本市场发展与航运金融；汇率制度与外汇交易等。 Finance Department Head: Dr. Zhou Jian, Associate Professor. E-mail: jianzhou@shou.edu.cn General Information: Established in 1995, the finance department has11 faculty members. The major is to study the economic activities of currencyand currency funds, mainly the operational pattern of financial institutions,financial markets, and the entire financial economy. The specific research covers: theory and practice of bank and non-bankfinancial institutions such as securities and insurance, theory and practice ofmoney market, capital market and international financial market, theory andpractice of financial macroeconomic regulation and financial economy, and financialmanagement, especially the theory and practice of financial risk management. By comprehensive learning the theories and practice of financialinstitutes, financial markets and financial economy, graduates are able to masterthe basic knowledge and skills of financial knowledge and theories，financial operations and financialmarket. Graduates are familiar with prevailing international financial rules,conventions and regulations and understand the development of contemporaryfinancial markets. Graduates are able to use modern scientific andtechnological means, and work as specialized personnel at financial or economicand management related services in various financial enterprises or relevantgovernment agencies. Research specialization: Rural finance andagriculture insurance (fishery insurance), Capital market development and shippingfinance, Exchange rate system and foreign exchange, etc.
