个人简介：
上海海洋大学经济管理学院三级教授、博士生导师，长江水域生态保护战略研究中心副主任，中国农业经济学会食物经济专业委员会副主任委员，上海食品学会理事，曾任上海海洋大学经济管理学院副院长（2017-2024）和上海海洋大学学术委员会委员（2021-2025）。日本爱媛大学博士，日本九州大学博士后，美国佐治亚大学高级访问学者，入选上海浦江人才计划。主要研究领域为资源环境经济、渔业经济和食物经济。主持国家自科基金、上海哲社课题等国家和省部级科研项目30余项，以第一作者及通讯作者发表CSSCI、SSCI和SCI等论文60余篇，多个决策咨询报告获得省部级领导批示以及国家主管部门采纳。
