个人简介：

上海海洋大学经济管理学院副院长、教授、博士生导师，农业农村部长江水域生态保护战略研究中心副主任，中国农业经济学会食物经济专业委员会副主任委员，上海食品学会理事，上海海洋大学学术委员会委员。日本爱媛大学博士，日本九州大学博士后，美国佐治亚大学高级访问学者，入选上海浦江人才计划。精通日语，熟练掌握英语。主要研究领域为资源环境经济、渔业经济和食物经济。主持国家自科基金、上海哲社课题等国家和省部级科研项目20余项。以第一作者及通讯作者发表CSSCI、SSCI和SCI等论文50余篇。
